The interfaces for livejournal and wordpress are so different, so much of getting use to. On the bright side, I find wordpress rather easier to use and photos can be uploaded directly from my labbie, just that i'm still trying to figure out how to adjust the size of the photo thumbnail that appears on the main page. and there's only 3GB of uploading allow if not possibly an upgrade. hmmm. These trial and error processes are gonna keep me busy for some time cos' of the burning desires to figure out how things works before switching over. On another note, great having spoken to an old friend whom i havent contacted for long. The words of wisdom imparted by her kept me thinking both ways. Applying them to my current life and her, as an individual. Inevitably, my mindset can hardly be the same as others as much as I wished for. And that's the beauty of exploration. And who's to say what's not and what is.. till the day, everything's a blur. In this case, ignorance is definitely a bliss. Something I've learnt in yoga (other than the superbly duperly long breaths): it's not about being able to hold challenging poses, but coming to terms not being able to. Altruism is what i'm trying to cultivate.

A laughter-filled skype chat with sis sis and parents is definitely a good start for the weekend ahead! ♥ I cant wait for tml and sunday! Bill's for brunch, then off to watch kirill's performance, and unknown dinner plans (I dont really like impromptu decisions, only surprises from my partner will do fine). Would be trying this new thai restaurant in the block and then head to watch burlesque on Sunday.

Contemplating if i should switch to wordpress.. reason being apparently you can upload photos directly from your pc to your wordpress site without having to go through photobucket. Which means I can easily upload photos and my blog would be more photoful instead of dull long paragraphs of words after words. SHOULD? SHOULD NOT? But I think i've developed feelings for muffin09.lj.com after having it for almost 3 years? gosh, I've just checked my archives and realised the 24th of may will be my lj's 3 years birthday. Seems like I've been in the longest relationship with my lj compared to any of my ex boyfriends! ROTFLOL. Now i sound really silly. I should really head to bed, given that i have yet again skipped my lectopia. oh sigh! checklist: have to, must, die die finish lectopia by tml night! Toodles, ☺ |

Food oh glorious food! Sel was sharing this food blog with me and my oh my, the author's shots of food are mouth-watering and making me hungryyyyyy! OH OH OH, and i love the way she describes her food hunts. LOVE IT! http://www.notquitenigella.com/ Today saw a great start. DRAGGGGED myself out of bed in the wee hours of the morning (10am is considered early for me) for a superb brekkie at Blackstar Pastry in newtown - awesomenessssss to have tried the legendddddddary watermelon, strawberry + rose water cake. FINGER LICKING GOOD. ☻☻☻ //edited: picture of the divine cake: no words can possibly describe my love for youuuuuuu !
